Spiritual support: The death of someone close to you can be emotionally challenging. Finding help through religious affiliation may help you cope. You may also want a religious leader to help with a funeral, the body, or other rituals. If you are not already part of a faith community, you can find one near you here.
Remember, don’t give up if you don’t like the first therapist or support group you go to. It often takes several tries to find a therapist or support group that works for you. If you don’t feel like it is a good fit, try someone else.
