How to close the okcupid account of a loved one who passes

1) If you have access to the account on desktop: You can delete the account from the settings page where it says “Need a Break?” on the bottom of the page

2) If you have access to the account on mobile: Tap on the profile, then on Account Settings, and then on Disable your account. Follow the prompts from there.

3) If you can’t access the account, you can request okcupid remove it by using this contact form: https://www.okcupid.com/feedback
