How to close the Grindr account of someone who has passed

1) If you have access to the account on Android:

• Tap on the Grindr profile

• Select the Settings ⚙ icon in the top-right corner

• Tap on Deactivate

• Select "Delete Account"

• Tap a reason for account deletion

• Verify the account

• Select Delete Profile

2) If you have access to the account on iOS:

• Tap on the Grindr Profile

• Select the Settings ⚙ icon on the top-right corner

• Scroll to the bottom of the menu

• Tap on Delete Profile

3) If you don’t have access, use this link to submit a request to have the account deleted: https://help.grindr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
